Terms and Conditions.

Welcome to Styilit App ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the App. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App. 

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of accepting these Terms. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind such entity to these Terms. 

  1. Use of the App: a. User Account: To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. 

b. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct: 

  • Violating any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. 

  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others. 

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful or malicious code, viruses, or any other technology that may harm the App or its users. 

  • Interfering with or disrupting the App's functionality or network. 

c. Intellectual Property: The App and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Styilit or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials from the App without prior written consent from Vordrob. 

  1. Product Listings and Sales: 

a. Product Listings: Styilit provides a platform for the sale of fashion products by various sellers. Product listings on the App are created and managed by the sellers. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of the listings, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or authenticity of the products. 

b. Sales Transactions: When you purchase a product through the App, you agree to abide by the specific terms and conditions set by the seller, including payment terms, shipping, and returns. Styilit is not responsible for any issues that may arise from these transactions. 

  1. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability: 

a. Content: The information and content provided on the App are for general informational purposes only. Styilit does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. 

b. Third-Party Links: The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vordrob. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites or services. 

c. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Styilit or its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App or these Terms. ​

  1. Modifications to the Terms: Styilit reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. 

  1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Return and Refund policy 

This Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and returns for products purchased through the Styilit App ("App"). By using the App and making a purchase, you agree to comply with this Policy. 

  1. General Refund and Return Guidelines: 

a. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The product must have been purchased directly through the App. 

  • The request for a refund or return must be made within 4 hours from the time of purchase. 

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. 

  • The product brand must clearly state that the product is refundable, and only those products that are refundable may be eligible for a refund. 

b. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Products: The following products are not eligible for a refund or return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival: 

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase. 

  • Products that are intimate or sanitary in nature, including undergarments, swimwear, and cosmetics, for hygiene reasons. 

  1. Refund Process: a. Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, please follow these steps:  

  • Email our customer support team at team@styilit.com within the specified timeframe, mentioning the reason for the refund request and providing relevant order details. 

  • We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • Except for public holidays and any delays from our gateway partner, please rest assured that our team will coordinate with you promptly regarding your refund process.

b. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 15-20 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. 

  1. Return Process: a. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:  

  • Email our customer support team at team@styilit.com within the specified timeframe, mentioning the reason for the return and providing relevant order details. 

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address. 

  • The product brand must clearly state that the product is returnable, and only those products that are returnable may be eligible for a refund. 

b. Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original packaging, with appropriate protective measures to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. 

c. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will reimburse you for the reasonable return shipping costs. For all other returns, including if you changed your mind or no longer want the product, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. 

d. Return Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. If approved, we will initiate the refund using the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or deducted return shipping costs. 

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: a. Product Inspection: We take utmost care to ensure the quality and condition of the products. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 4 hours of receiving the product, providing details and supporting evidence (such as photos). 

b. Resolution: Our customer support team will work with you to either provide a replacement product or initiate a refund, depending on the availability of the product and your preference.

Shipping and delivery 

This Shipping and Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines the shipping methods, estimated delivery times, associated costs or charges, and any applicable restrictions or customs duties for the Styilit App ("App"). By placing an order through the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy. 

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to deliver products purchased through the App, depending on the destination and availability. The available shipping methods will be presented to you during the checkout process. Please choose the preferred method that suits your needs. 

  1. Estimated Delivery Times: The estimated delivery times are provided for each shipping method during the checkout process. These are approximate estimations based on standard shipping procedures and do not account for any unforeseen events or delays in transportation or customs clearance. 

  1. Shipping Costs or Charges: The costs or charges associated with shipping will be calculated based on multiple factors, including the shipping method chosen, the destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, and any additional services selected (such as express shipping or insurance). The applicable costs or charges will be presented to you during the checkout process. 

  1. Shipping Restrictions and Customs Duties: 

a. Shipping Locations: Some locations may be excluded due to logistical constraints, legal restrictions, or other reasons. We apologize if we are unable to ship products to your specific location. Please refer to the shipping information provided during the checkout process for the list of available shipping destinations. 

  1. Tracking and Order Status: Upon the shipment of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number or link to track your package's delivery status. You can access this information through the App or by following the instructions provided in the shipping notification email. Please note that tracking information may sometimes take a few days to update after shipment. 

  1. Delivery Issues and Exceptions: While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may affect the delivery process. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, transportation strikes, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. In such cases, we will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly and communicate any delays or exceptional circumstances to you.

Intellectual Property 

This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") governs the ownership, use, and protection of intellectual property associated with Styilit App ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with this Policy. 

  1. Ownership: 

a. App Content: All content provided on the App, including text, graphics, images, logos, and audiovisual materials, is owned by Styilit or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any App content without prior written permission from Vordrob. 

b. Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding elements used in connection with the App are the property of Styilit or its licensors. Any use or reproduction of these trademarks without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. 

  1. Copyright: 

a. App Content: The App and its content are protected by copyright laws. Unless expressly permitted by Vordrob, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App or its content. 

b. User Content: By submitting or uploading any content to the App, you grant Styilit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the content in any media. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. 

  1. Unauthorized Use: 

a. Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any activity that infringes upon Styilit's intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, copying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or circumventing any security measures of the App. 

b. Reporting Infringements: If you believe that any material on the App infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please promptly notify Styilit and provide sufficient information to enable us to investigate and address the infringement. 

  1. Enforcement: a. Styilit reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including seeking damages, injunctions, or other remedies, against anyone who violates this Policy or infringes upon its intellectual property rights. 

b. Styilit may, in its sole discretion, remove or disable access to any infringing material on the App without prior notice. 

  1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"): Styilit respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please follow the DMCA notice and takedown procedure outlined in our separate DMCA Policy.
